Keiron McCammon

Keiron McCammon is a seasoned technology entrepreneur, product strategist, and business leader with over two decades of experience in the Internet, mobile, and e-commerce industries. He has co-founded and led multiple successful startups through to exit, including Kaboodle, a pioneer in social commerce, and Bonfaire, later acquired by Moda Operandi, where he served as CTO. McCammon has a proven track record of driving product vision, innovation, and scaling technology teams across Silicon Valley and New York. He is also an active member of various boards of advisors, guiding technology and business strategies to emerging companies.

Commander (ret) Curt Cronin

Curt Cronin is a former Navy SEAL Commander with a distinguished career in the U.S. Navy, where he led special operations teams in some of the most demanding and high-stakes environments. With extensive experience in leadership, strategy, and tactical operations, Cronin has been instrumental in planning and executing critical missions around the globe. After his military service, he transitioned into the private sector, where he leveraged his expertise in leadership, team building, and strategic planning to advise and mentor organizations across various industries. Brigadier General (ret) Craig Nixon

General Craig Nixon is a retired U.S. Army Major General with a distinguished career spanning over three decades of military service. He is recognized for his leadership in special operations, having commanded elite units such as the 75th Ranger Regiment and the U.S. Army Special Operations Command. Nixon has extensive experience in planning and executing complex operations in some of the world’s most challenging environments, including multiple deployments to combat zones. After retiring from the military, he transitioned into the private sector, where he has held leadership roles in various organizations, focusing on defense, security, and leadership development. Nixon's blend of military expertise and business acumen has made him a respected figure in both national security and corporate leadership circles.

Jordan Hall (formerly Greenhall) is an entrepreneur and systems thinker focused on the intersection of technology, culture, and governance. A co-founder of DivX, Inc., Hall played a vital role in the digital video and music revolutions, including his tenure at MP3.com. Today, Hall's thought leadership in complex systems, collective intelligence, and cultural evolution has earned him widespread recognition. His contributions to strategic conversations on governance and societal transformation through institutions like the Aspen Institute and the Santa Fe Institute are highly respected.

Stan McChrystal
ADVISOR
Retired four-star general Stan is the former commander of US and International Security Assistance Forces (ISAF) Afghanistan and the former commander of the nation’s premier military counter-terrorism force, Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). He is best known for developing and implementing a comprehensive counterinsurgency strategy in Afghanistan and creating a cohesive counter-terrorism organization that revolutionized the interagency operating culture.
Throughout his military career, Stan commanded a number of elite organizations, including the 75th Ranger Regiment. After 9/11 until his retirement in 2010, he spent more than 6 years deployed to combat in a variety of leadership positions. In June 2009, the President of the United States and the Secretary General of NATO appointed him to be the Commander of US Forces Afghanistan and NATO ISAF. His command included more than 150,000 troops from 45 allied countries. On August 1, 2010 he retired from the US Army.

Chris Licht

Christopher Licht is an award-winning producer and journalist. He served as Chairman and CEO of CNN Worldwide and Showrunner/ Executive Producer of “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert”, “CBS This Morning”, and MSNBC’s “Morning Joe”. He also was an executive producer for Showtime’s “Our Cartoon President”, Paramount+’s “Tooning Out the News” and Comedy Central’s “Hell of a Week with Charlemagne Tha God”. Licht began his career at KNBC in Los Angeles before helping lead the transition of KNTV in the San Francisco Bay Area to an NBC owned and operated station. Licht served as executive producer of MSNBC’s “Scarborough Country“ and then went on to help create and launch the iconic “Morning Joe” program. At CBS, Licht created “CBS This Morning”, which achieved unprecedented ratings and cultural success for the network. He also served as CBS's executive vice president of special programming.
Licht is a multiple Emmy, Peabody and DuPont award-winner. He is a member of the Robin Hood Leadership Council. Licht graduated from Syracuse University's S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications with a degree in broadcast journalism and political science. He serves as a member of the Newhouse Advisory Board. Licht is also on the board of The Second City.

Diane Allen, OBE
ADVISOR
Diane Allen is a retired Lieutenant-Colonel in the British Army. Her later military career focused on forming specialist units and bringing industry and uniformed military personnel into collaborative think tanks. She was also a pivotal contributor to defence papers, re-imagining the role of military reserves for the 21st Century.
Since leaving the military, she has served as director of the London Scottish Institute – a UK think tank she set up to explore the role of citizens in building trust and countering disinformation. During this time, she also acted as a strategic adviser in various project management and strategic risk roles for the British Government and the Private Sector.
In 2020, she wrote a book to explore her experiences serving in the military. She flagged both the benefits of military service and the challenges for institutions of ignoring issues of integration and losing the sense of community. She was one of the first to flag issues of a trust breakdown spreading in Western democratic public institutions and to start investigating the causes and possible solutions.
Diane has previously worked in the US, assisting health startups, as well as running a successful UK strategy consultancy, and supporting startups, particularly those working in the field of countering disinformation and abuse of trust.
